What do I need to know?
One caesarean does not mean you automatically need another. Research and know your options each woman is different.
As a Doula i have supported women to birth vaginally after previous c sections both at home and in the hospital. There are always choices but first you need to know what they are to make an informed choice and to be able to advocate for yourself and your baby.
